Why was my payment declined?

This is a very rare error, however, if your payment was declined, please check the expiration date of your card, or if you have another card please try using it too. If that does not help, contact your bank or credit card company to fix the issue. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Amex, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Elo, Hiper, and Hipercard.


Is this a one time payment?

Depends on which plan you will choose. We offer 1, 3 and 6 months subscription plans for you. Don’t worry, you can easily cancel your subscription anytime when you reach your target weight.


Does your eating window have to stay the exact same every day to be efficient?

Your body gets used to your fasting hours, and you should try to maintain a constant eating-fasting time. However, if you switch it around, you won't stop getting results, but it will be a bit harder to maintain a schedule since your body will sometimes get hungry well before your eating window!


Can I workout during my fasting time?

Yes, you can, just keep in mind that your energy levels might be lower. It is highly recommended to do your workouts during your eating window.


What can I drink when I am fasting? Is coffee allowed?

You can drink water (actually, it's a must!), tea and coffee while fasting. It is highly recommended to drink them plain. However, a super tiny splash of milk or creamer added to your coffee will do no harm. Same goes for a slice of lemon to your water. Despite that, we still advise you to stay strong and wait until your eating window starts. Then, you are free to drink what you want!


Does alcohol break my fast?

As alcohol contains calories, consuming it during your fasting period will definitely break your fast. Try having a glass of wine after dinner and you'll be fine. Just keep in mind that any extra calories hinder your progress.


Does bone broth break my fast?

While some say that bone broth won't break your fast, it still has some calories, and our advice is to avoid any calories during your fasting period. It will be easier for your body to start burning calories, and you'll feel the positive effects of intermittent fasting way more sooner!


Can I chew gum while fasting?

When you chew gum, your gastric juice level increases and it usually causes food cravings way much faster than your eating window starts. You won’t break your fast, despite that, we do recommend to get rid of this habit, if you tend to have chewing gum in your pockets.


Can I take my medicine during fasting?

Medication is always more important than having an empty stomach! Taking it won't break your fast unless the binding agent is sugar. Even if it would break your fast, getting your medication is way more important than maintaining a fast. Maybe you should change your eating window into the one that goes well with the time you take your pills? Most of the medications goes after the meal so you might really need to adjust your eating window accordingly.


Can I use My Fasting Challenge if I'm type 2 diabetic??

You probably can, but you should consult your doctor just to be safe.


How much weight I will lose with IF?

Everyone’s body is different, which means the weight loss rate for each person is different too. For example, someone with a slow metabolism, who doesn’t exercise enough will take longer to see weight loss compared to someone with a normal metabolism who exercises four to five times a week along with IF. It is totally dependant on you. If you add exercise and eat healthy food, then obviously the results will be more drastic.


Why I don’t lose weight??

Firstly, answer yourself the following questions honestly:

Do I consume the right calorie intake?
Do I weight ingredients?
Do I drink plenty of water?
Do I workout as much as I’ve chosen to?
Do I feel more stress than usual?
Do I get enough sleep (7-8 hours)?

If at least one of your answers were no, this might be the reason why you are not losing weight. Make sure to pay more attention to your daily routine and stress levels, also feel free to reach out for a professional advice at hello@myfastingchallenge.com
